We accept returns in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item

• The product arrived damaged or defective

• The item is significantly different from the description

📦 Return Conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving the product

• Product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

• Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility unless the fault is on our side (wrong or damaged item)

💸 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be made through bank transfer or mobile wallet, as preferred

• Cash refunds are not available for Cash-on-Delivery orders — store credit or exchange can be offered in that case

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Items bought during clearance or final sale

• Items damaged by customer misuse
